Recipient acknowledges that Elder LLC is the author of any works of authorship disclosed, including any modifications that may be created or suggested in whole or in part by recipient. Recipient further acknowledges that Elder LLC retains ownership to any copyright in and to any such works of authorship. Elder LLC specifically retains any and all reproduction rights, right to prepare derivative works, right to distribute copies of the work to the public, and right to publicly perform the copyrighted work (if appropriate).
